We have most modern in house weaving facility of jacquard fabric and complete setup of sulzzer looms of wider width. We have also modern wadding plant of 120" width with capacity to produce fine quality wadding for comforters and quilts. Complete ball fiber making unit with recovery of above 90% for use in cushions, pillowcases and neck rolls etc.

We have more technical and most professional staff  to deal & monitor the commercial printing and finishing process on different out sources facilities

Stitching

With over 700 stitching machines managed with the most skilled and expert operators. Uniform House & Home Textiles is capable of producing 50000 dozens/month. We have spited our 700 machines into 7 sub units, each unit has one deputy manager and 10 in line rowing inspectors to monitor the quality of stitching. Other than production team, we have separate quality control team to monitor hour production and quality at AQL 4.
